Its Time to do Self-talk.
No disruption without peace
The reality is something else. In reality, we are so much more than our words, we are so much more than the language we use. In reality, we are the calm and silence that welcomes these words, which welcomes the language. Without silence, there can be no sound.
Without calm, there can be no movement. If there are disturbances, know that there is a peace that welcomes the disturbance. If there was no peace, if there were only disturbances, you did not even know how to recognize this disturbance.
There are times when you are peaceful, there are times when you are silent and there are times when you're still. This is what continues to push you to discover these moments more and more. Whether you do it or not, if you express it consciously or not, you obviously seek silence - inner silence.
All you need to do is take out a painful memory, start having a conversation with you, starting to interact with you, and you will cry. It is the same with laughter; If you want to laugh, just access a nice, wonderful memory, a joke or whatever you want.
I’m noticing from quite some time that our environment is now framed in a way that some people think they are better and they’re trying to bicker their way by creating false perceptions in people’s minds to prove it. As if this yields in something other than to show their own sense of jealousy and negativity.
When an individual believes that he cannot see others get ahead, they plot ill-will actions, like speaking ill and creating false perceptions about them. This leaves no room for positive collaboration leading to better productivity and growth, instead the opposite happens of keeping up with the destructive competition.
And destructive competition is unsafe for the society as whole. Because I believe a society only flourishes on the values of healthy competition, good-will for each other and a sense of cooperation to achieve common good.
Sadly, it has become so easy to functions on ill-will, hatred, jealousy and revenge today, all fueled by negative competition.
It is important that these kind of harmful and ill-will talks should not be carried on and there is a need to play constructive role in creating a culture that benefits everyone, unlike destructive competition and false perception. Negative competition has bad consequences because you need not to forget that the dog-eat-dog attitude has never and will never benefit anyone.
Keep in mind that this is never a good road to take. No matter how much success you manage to get, there will always be someone doing much better than you. So, competition should convey a positive meaning and motivates a person to do his best and not the other way around.
